Prudential Select Properties 'Cruise Into Summer Fun' Giveaway
Prize:

Eight-person (8) Nautica Queen Dinner Cruise package
(Gift certificate valid for one year; some restrictions apply)
Submission Deadline: 12:00 p.m., September 5th, 2006
I. Entries
a. Entry to the Giveaway may be obtained in one of the following ways:
 i. By visiting a Prudential Select Properties Open House and completing a printed entry form.
ii. By obtaining a printed entry form at a Prudential Select Properties branch office, completing it and mailing it to the address below.
iii. By obtaining a printed entry form from a Prudential Select Properties agent, completing it and mailing it to the address below.
iv. By visiting the Prudential Select Properties website at http://www.PrudentialSelectOhio.com and filling out the online entry form.
b. Entrants may submit more than one entry.
c. Printed entries must be hand-printed. No mechanical copies shall be permitted.
d. Entry must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
e. All entries become the property of Prudential Select Properties.

g. All entries must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST, on Sept. 5, 2006.
h. Prudential Select Properties shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any non-receipt or loss of any Entry as a result of technical, computer hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions that may limit the ability of any Entrant to participate, without regard to whether the cause, source or reason for any such non-receipt or loss is related to the transmission of the Entry by the Entrant or the receipt and/or retention of the Entry by Prudential Select Properties.
II. Eligibility
a. The winning entry must be in compliance with these Giveaway Rules.
b. The Entrant who has submitted the winning entry must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
c. Neither the Entrant that is drawn, nor any member of his/her immediate family, may be an agent or employee of Prudential Select Properties.
d. The winner may be required to sign and return a Public Release and a W-9 prior to receiving package. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent to use his/her name and biographical information for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation.
e. In the event it is determined that the Entrant who submitted the entry that is drawn first is not eligible or the entry itself fails to meet the requirements of these rules, the Entrant will not be awarded the prize and another entry shall be drawn from the remaining entries.
III. Drawing
a. All eligible entries will be placed in a drawing scheduled to be held Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006 at the Prudential Select Properties Corporate Office, 7263 Center Street, Mentor, OH 44060. No cash equivalent will be awarded.
b. The winner need not be present to win. The winner of the drawing will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone.
IV. Miscellaneous and Restrictions
a. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.
b. Prize package not valid for holidays or special-event cruises. The eight-guest package must be used in its entirety at one time and may not be split apart for multiple visits of fewer guests each. Reservations required; based on availability. May not be used towards alcoholic beverages. No cash value. Prize package expires October 1, 2007.
c. Two (2) Nautica Queen Dinner Cruise tickets will be awarded to the Prudential Select Properties agent that has signed up the winner of the Giveaway, if applicable.
